Craft Hope Project 13

Craft Hope Project 13
Are you looking for a way to participate in helping the Southeastern U.S. recover from the disastrous tornadoes of April, 2011? What if you could help and make something beautiful at the same time?

Craft Hope is inviting crafters of all kinds to make machine washable blankets or quilts of any size to be used by tornado survivors. Craft Hope is partnering with relief organizations to provide handmade comfort where it’s most needed. Security blankets, swaddling quilts, lap quilts, even no-sew fleece tied blankets are welcome.

Please mail completed blankets or quilts to:

Jessie Rayot
255 Centre St Apt 6
Nutley NJ 07110
We know you, our customers, are exceedingly generous! We also suspect you might have some spare yarn or fabric lying around your homes. You might whip up the Vintage Crochet Blanket

Churchmouse Vintage Crocheted Blanket
or stitch up a quick quilt, like this Modern Crosses Quilt from the Modern Log Cabin Quilting book

If you do participate in Project 13, we’d love to see what you make!
